Email workflow management for operational growth.
Inbotiqa have created YUDOmail, an email workflow management and analytics tool for back office and operations teams. Companies can dramatically cut costs, reduce risks, increase productivity and improve customer by optimising their internal communication.
The principle behind YUDOmail is deceptively intuitive, but after eight years of bootstrapped operations, the complexity of operations and the need to drive behavioural change had left the communication around the product convoluted and ineffective. We were challenged to streamline communications materials and deliver messaging that would convert.

Branding
After a full immersion process, we renamed the parent company to more accurately reflect the services and products provided. We then created the visual identity and worked closely with both the internal team and specilist financial copywriters to create a tone of voice that would be suited to enterprise an financial institutions while remaining positive, upbeat and friendly.
Web Design
We created a simple web presence for inbotiqa, helping us to frame the product offering and interactively explaining a complex problem in simple terms. This was designed to help reduce the resources required for sales and freeing up members of this small team to focus on customer success and product development.
Case Studies
We created a robust framework, allowing the team to quickly iterate often co-branded case study documentation during the sales cycle.
Presentation Design
We created presentation materials for multiple functions, including Sales, on-boarding, Customer Success, and Fundraising (Seed and Series-A). Working closely with the product team, we defined communication principles, specified language and streamlined the content creation process for the whole organisation.
User Interface Design
With an established platform already in use, it was immediately evident that the exisiting frameworks employed we not able to properly encompass the functionality that had been added through uyears of iterative development. We conducted a series of user interviews to identify key usage issues, both iterating the live product and using the research to fully define the next generation of the platform.
